Summary: Leads and manages larger and more complex projects leveraging advanced performance improvement and project management tools to deliver results. Partners with key Institute or Enterprise leaders to holistically manage project teams. Teaches and coaches performance improvement and project management.

Job Responsibilities: Leads large or complex projects leveraging advanced performance improvement and project management tools to support Institutes, Regional Hospitals and Family Health Center. Effectively builds relationships with project teams, middle management and senior sponsors. Coaches and mentors Process Improvement Specialists leveraging advanced performance improvement and project management tools. Expands CI model engagement within organization. Teaches and coaches others in project management office tools and processes. Other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business required. Master's Degree preferred. Demonstrate knowledge of quality tools, lean foundation elements and change management.

Experience: Six years business experience. Minimum three years project management experience. Proficiency with basic statistical analysis, CI tools, change management techniques. Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate with all organizational levels. Health care experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Black Belt, Shingo Silver, PMP or similar experience required.

Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity to operate office equipment. Must speak and hear to coach others. Must be able to sit, walk and stand. Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
